DDSD and the State of New Mexico have issued new training standards for providers on the Mi Via Waiver.  Effective April 1, 2023, these trainings are now mandatory for anyone providing services on the Mi Via Waiver and all agencies must now require compliance of these trainings. Agencies will soon be audited regarding any trainings overseen by the agency.

Direct Support Professionals – IHLS and CN – are now required to complete the additional DDSD training requirements listed below.  These trainings are available online and the links are provided in the list below. Please complete each training as soon as possible.  Your certificates for the training overseen by Alegria Family Services will be sent automatically to the training coordinator at AFS.

EOR trainings are overseen by your Consultant Agency, however as a courtesy AFS has posted a list of EOR Training Requirements here.
